We were in the double room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. The bed was cozy and there was free Wi-Fi. The location couldn't be more GREAT near the U-Bahn.

Clean hotel, good staff, exceptionally nice room. The rooms with a shower and TV and 1 queen bed. Particularly good and great location close to the train station. Also - next to restaurants and public transport. My favorite property in Dusseldorf.

I was delighted by the beautifully designed lobby at this hotel, which provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable seating areas were perfect for informal conversation and relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy access to the S-bahn just across the street. This made exploring the city of Dusseldorf convenient and hassle-free.
Better vacation for senior people would be enhanced with a more attentive staff. Some of the children working there seemed uninterested and could benefit from improving their customer service skills.

Easy check-in, clean room, spacious and quiet, only 4 minutes from central station. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful shower, convenient location near metro and tram lines. Great price and quality, immaculate room with functional en-suite. Good breakfast, excellent parking garage. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable value for money! Immaculate and functional rooms with a great en-suite. The parking garage was very convenient. The breakfast offered great value. The air conditioning worked well. Supermarkets and restaurants were just across the road. Can definitely recommend this hotel.
The room was uncomfortably warm upon arrival and the air conditioning was not working. The noise from the cars and trams outside made it hard to sleep.
